About KUNIKA

After graduating from the Japan Confectionery College and training at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, KUNIKA launched her career as an independent sweets artist in 2014, creating custom sugar cakes, iced cookies, and collaboration items. Her international career includes working as a theater pastry chef at London’s Peggy Porschen, leading European tours with HIS, and crafting afternoon tea cakes at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Sketch. Today, she creates original artistic stationery and ceramic products while balancing her creative practice with raising her children.
